LOGOWEAR: RESET
In 2025 I drove the design strategy for a global logowear reset for the North Face. We had a large, yet unproductive business with over ten logowear franchises and lots of duplication. Focusing on creating three material platforms I drove alignment with our regional teams. We developed three levels of fleece: core, midweight and heavy weight with distinct fits, trims and execution at each level. Through cross functional collaboration we consolidated sku count, and elevated our logowear offering.
